We offer exchanges and/or returns on any unused products. If there is an issue with your product please reach out to us via email at oxandcartleather@gmail.com & we will be happy to offer an exchange free of charge. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
SHIPPING
At this time we ship to all 50 states, except Hawaii. We do not ship internationally. All packages will be shipped first class or priority via USPS. Estimated shipping time is calculated at checkout.
